GLAZED CARROTS 
8 med. carrots, thinly sliced
4 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. brown sugar

In a 2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave at Full Power for 6 minutes. Stir and continue at Full Power for 6-7 minutes or until carrots are tender-crisp. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
