CHEESE-GLAZED CARROTS 
6 lg. carrots
1/4 c. honey
1 c. shredded American or cheddar cheese
Salt

Peel carrots and cut into halves crosswise. Cook in a little boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, dip each carrot half into honey. Place in baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a preheated hot oven, 400 degrees, for 10 minutes; or broil until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
