1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. spicy brown or dijon mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. horseradish

Combine mayonnaise with orange juice and mustard. Slowly whisk in honey, adding horseradish last. Serve with thin slices of beef or ham.
