FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 carton Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

FOURTH LAYER:

Carton whipped topping

Mix and bake 1st layer in a 9x13 inch pan at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

Mix second layer and put on cooled first layer.

Beat third layer 2 minutes and spread on second layer.

For fourth layer spread on whipped topping.
