1 (2 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar
4 env. Nestle choco-bake
3 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter (soft)
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Beat on high with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
