CHOCOLATE CHIP MERINGUES 
4 egg whites
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 pkg. miniature chocolate chips

Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar. Beat until glossy. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. They don't spread. Place in preheated 375 degree oven and immediately turn off oven. Leave cookies in oven overnight, or for 8 to 10 hours.

Do not make on a humid day.
