QUICKY-STICKY BUNS 
3 1/4 c. flour
2 pkgs. quick yeast (dry)
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Measure 1 1/2 cups flour in large mixing bowl. Add yeast; blend. In pan put milk, water, butter, sugar and salt. Heat in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (180 degrees). Pour this into flour mixture, add egg. Beat 3 minutes. By hand stir in remaining flour. Mix well. Let rise (in warm place) until doubled in size. Punch down. Drop by spoonfuls into well greased muffin tins in which a spoonful of syrup (recipe below) has been put in muffin tins. Let rise until batter reaches top of tin (about 30 minutes). Bake 12 to 5 minutes in 375 degree oven.

SYRUP:

3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tbsp. water

Heat above until butter melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
