RACHEL'S EASY MEXICAN CHICKEN 
Goes great served with dairy sour cream on top!

cubed boneless chicken breast
1 bag shredded Mexican style cheese
1 bag Doritos

SAUCE:

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes

In a bowl mix together cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and Rotel tomatoes to make a sauce. Then in a casserole dish in any order you choose layer the sauce, chicken, cheese, and Doritos. Stick in the oven at 325°F for about 25 minutes.
