MARINADE FOR BEEF 
1 c. Burgundy or balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
2 parsley stalks
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. dry thyme
1/8 tsp. dry tarragon

Combine in small covered container. Shake to mix well. Use glass or stainless steel dish. Marinate meat in refrigerator.
