BEEF-VEGGIE DELIGHT | |
2 c. sliced onion 2 c. sliced carrots 1 can tomato soup Chuck or New York sirloin roast, 2-3 inches thick Trim meat of excess fat. Place in baking pan, such as a roaster bottom. Cover with onions then carrots. Dilute soup with one can water and pour over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are cooked. Tastes great reheated. |
