ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise (low fat if desired)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder & salt to taste
Juice 1/2 lemon
1 sm. can chopped green chilies or black olives, drained (optional)

Drain artichokes well. Mix all ingredients. Pour in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until well brown on top. Serve with Triscuits, dip size Fritos or Melba toast rounds.
