2 c. mashed white potatoes
1/3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Mash potatoes with butter and salt. Add sugar, slightly beaten eggs, spices and milk. Add orange peel and juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake until firm, about 40 minutes. Makes one 8 inch pie.
