1 can apricot pie filling
1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half (use red and green)
Angel food cake
Kiwi slices

Mix can of apricot pie filling, pineapple, oranges, and cherries. Serve over angel food cake. Garnish with kiwi fruit slices. Makes 8 servings. Can substitute fruit.
