3 eggs 1-2 tsp. vanilla extract (or to taste) 1 cup milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 5-7 pieces of potato bread [any bread will work] Start by mixing all ingredients (except for the bread) in a glass casserole dish. It should have the consistency of whipped eggs and be mostly one color; not brown and yellow, but something in the middle of that. Start heating a skillet. Meanwhile, put the bread, one piece at a time into the egg mixture and let it soak for about a minute. Place it into the hot pan and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat until all bread slices are used. Serve with melted butter and the same kind of toppings you would use for pancakes. Submitted by: Sebastian |
