PICKLE RELISH 
Pickles:

8 large cucumbers
2 green peppers
1/4 c. salt
13 small onions
2 sweet red peppers

Grind coarse. Let stand for 2 hours, drain and make syrup.

Syrup:

1 pint vinegar
1 tbsp. pickling spices
3 c. sugar
mustard seed, optional

Pour into pint or 1/2 pint jars and process in pressure cooker or regular canner.
