CHILI 
3 lbs. ground round
3 lg. onions, minced
2 lg. green peppers, minced
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 tbsp. chili powder
1 (32 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
3 (32 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 (22 oz.) cans Brooks hot chili beans

Brown meat with seasonings, onions and green pepper in large kettle. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
