1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well in blender. Pour in ungreased 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook in microwave on full power for 13 minutes.
