BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled or 2 c. sausage
2 c. grated cheese
8 slices bread (buttered and cubed)
6 eggs
2 1/2 - 3 c. milk

Butter and cube bread. Place in 9x13 greased pan. Layer bacon and cheese over the bread. In blender mix eggs and milk. Pour over bread mixture. Cover with foil and let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake 350 degrees, 45-50 minutes, uncovered.
