BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 qts. broccoli, chopped fine (about 2 lg. heads)
3 c. non-dairy creamer
1 c. instant potatoes
1 tbsp. Accent
2 1/2 qts. water
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. pepper

Cook broccoli until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Freezes well.
