Cook bundt cake according to direction, let cool. Cut cake horizontally in half (2 layers). Place ice cream on bottom layer. Approximately 2 inches. Replace top layer, fill center hole with ice cream, frost and decorate if desired. Place in freezer 1 hour, then serve.
