HOT PEPPER RELISH 
1 gal. hot pepper, after it is ground
1/2 gal. sweet peppers (bell or banana)
10 onions, chopped
2 tbsp. dry mustard seeds
3 tbsp. salt
4 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar

Put all ingredients in a large container and boil for 30 minutes or until color changes. Put in hot jars and seal. It is best after it sits for 2 or 3 weeks.
