HOT PEPPER RELISH 
1 med. size head of cabbage
16 c. ground tomatoes, fresh or canned
2 pkg. fresh carrots
3 lg. white onions
48 fresh jalapeno peppers

Grind the above and mix with: 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can tomato juice 2 c. sugar 1 can carrot juice 1/2 c. salt

Mix; cook to boiling. Boil 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
