PRUNE BREAD 
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 sm. jars baby food prunes
2 1/2 c. and 1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Add salt and cinnamon to flour. Then mix in order given, adding dry ingredients with buttermilk and soda.

Pour into 2 well greased and floured bread pans. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for another 1/2 hour.

Nuts may be added if desired.
