LASAGNE 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 c. chopped or puried onion
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 cans tomato soup
1 lg. can tomato sauce, with seasonings
(If use only tomato soup, use 2 tsp. vinegar)
1/2 c. water
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs (well beaten)
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 to 2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
12 oz. Swiss cheese
1 lb. lasagna
1 tbsp. olive oil
Seasonings: basil, garlic or others such as garlic pepper

Brown meat, chopped onions and garlic. Add soup, sauce and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cook lasagna in boiling oil and water about 7 minutes. Arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese and beaten eggs, meat sauce and cheeses. Top with part Parmesan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
