75 Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar Mix and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. TOPPING: 2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 c. vitamin D milk 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened Mix pudding and milk together. Add ice cream. Spread on crust. Top with reserved 1/2 cup crackers. Refrigerate. |
