NANA'S KRAZY CAKE 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa, unsweetened powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. coffee, brewed, perked or instant

Sift dry ingredients into an ungreased 8 or 9 inch pan. Hollow out three holes. Into separate holes place vanilla, vinegar and shortening. pour one cup of coffee over all the ingredients.

Blend together with a fork. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. (8 inch pan may take up to 45 minutes). Cool and frost.
