BASIC ORIENTAL CHOP STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper

Cut steak into thin slices and place in a bowl. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. Let set for at least 1/2 hour. The longer it sits the better, to enhance the flavor, add 1/8 teaspoon Accent. Cook at medium heat until done.

To make more interesting, add vegetables that you like (green peppers, onion, mushrooms and bean sprouts). Can be used with chicken, pork and seafood also.
