CHOP - CHOP STEAK 
1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips (Tenderize if desired)
1 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. fried Rice-A-Roni
2 1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. Sherry wine
Vegetable sauce envelope
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
1 c. fresh spinach, if desired
Toasted sesame seeds

Stir-fry round steak in hot oil. Add 1 package fried Rice-A-Roni, brown lightly. Stir in water, wine and contents of vegetable sauce envelope, ginger, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in spinach. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
