EASY FUDGE 
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
5 oz. heavy cream (evaporated milk)
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, melted butter, evaporated milk and vanilla in very large microwave bowl. Microwave until mixture comes to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Microwave for 5 more minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally; do not scorch. Remove from microwave, add in marshmallow cream quickly and mix well. Add in chips and nuts, then beat mixture until it looses its gloss, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour immediately into a butter-greased 9x13 inch pan. Cool until surface is hard to the touch. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Yields: about 70 pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
