VANILLA PIE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark Karo molasses
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook and let cool.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients to resemble crumbs. Pour cooled filling in an unbaked pie crust. Cover with part of crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. When crumbs are partly browned, add rest of crumbs. Serve with whipped cream.
