FILLED ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
4 boiled eggs
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 or 2 med. peppers (hot are too hot), chopped
1 can minced black olives
1 can tomato sauce
Sm. hard rolls (fills approximately 10 rolls)

Grind together the first 6 items in a food grinder. Cut tops off rolls; remove center dough. Fill center of each roll with filling. Return top back on roll. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put rolls on pan and heat in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese mixture melts.
