PUDDING CREAM DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and nuts. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

FIRST LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (13 1/2 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping

Beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in 1 cup non-dairy topping. Spread on baked crust and refrigerate.

SECOND LAYER:

2 (1 1/2 oz.) boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. cold milk

Combine instant pudding and milk. Whip until thickened. Spread on first layer and refrigerate.

THIRD LAYER:

Spread remaining non-dairy topping onto pudding layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
