COOKIES WHILE YOU SLEEP | |
2 egg whites 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 bag chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and mix in sugar slowly. Add vanilla and almond and mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Turn off oven; place cookie sheets inside and leave for 4 hours. Do not reopen oven until the end of 4 ours. Yield 3 dozen. |
