CHICKEN - CARROT BAKE | |
4-6 chicken breasts 1 lb. carrots, sliced lengthwise 1 pkg. chicken gravy (Durkees) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can mushrooms In a 9"x12" pan mix soups and gravy package with one can of water. Add chicken (seasoned) and carrots, mushrooms on top. Bake 2 hours, covered and 1 hour uncovered at 350 to 375 degrees. Serve on or with mashed potatoes. |
