PIZZA FONDUE 
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. shortening
2 (10 1/2 oz.) jars pizza sauce
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Brown onion and beef in shortening, crumbling meat as it browns; drain. Mix cornstarch and spices with sauce and add to meat and onions. Heat and when thick add cheeses, 1/3 at a time, stirring until melted. Use French bread cut into pieces and lightly toasted or bread stick pieces to dip.
