4 oz. cinnamon
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. applesauce (warm)
2 tbsp. white glue (Elmer's)

Combine all ingredients. Knead dough for 3 minutes. Roll a portion at a time to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out with appropriate cookie cutters and place on cookie sheets. Make holes with toothpick or straw. Dry at room temperature 2 to 3 days. Decorate when dry.

Makes approximately 32 (2 inch) cookies. NOT EDIBLE!!
