MOCK FILLET MIGNON 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
8 slices bacon
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar

Combine meat, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and milk; mix well. Shape into thick round patties (8 or 10). Wrap each patty with bacon slice, pin ends together with toothpicks. Brown patty on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over patties. Cook in electric skillet or oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
