3 c. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
6 c. flour
3 tsp. cream of tartar
Dash of salt

Mix in order given. Can be used as sugar cookies or filled cookies. Roll out dough on floured board. Cut with cutter or floured rim of a glass.
