LEMON LUSH 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1 c. plain flour
1 med. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Mix nuts, butter and flour. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan. Cool completely.

Mix together Cool Whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Spoon on top of crust.

Mix pudding and milk; put on top of second layer. Top with another carton of Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.

For variety, 1 package chocolate and 1 package vanilla instant pudding may be substituted for the lemon.
