HEAVENLY LEMON PIE 
Juice & rind of 3 lemons
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell or 9 inch graham cracker crust

Add lemon juice and finely grated lemon rind to milk, combine well. Pour into whipped cream and mix. Fill pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve. Also great frozen! Serves 8 to 10.
