TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 oz. per lb.
2 c. shredded lettuce
10 oz. taco chips, crushed
8 oz. bottle French dressing (Western)
1 can black olives, chopped
1 sm. red onion

Brown hamburger and rinse in warm water. Add taco mix. Add cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and chips last. Then toss with Richelieu Western Dressing.
