GOULASH SOUP | |
1 tbsp. shortening 1 lg. onion 1 lb. lean beef 1 lb. potatoes 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. flour 2 qts. water Dice onion and saute in shortening until golden brown. Cut meat and potatoes in squares. Saute together with onions, flour and seasoning for 3 minutes. Add water, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. |
