HOT APPLE CIDER

PUT INTO CHEESE CLOTH:

1 tsp. whole allspice
2 (2") sticks cinnamon
12 whole cloves

Tie it off with string to make spice bag.

HEAT IN CROCKPOT OR DUTCH OVEN:

2 qt. apple cider
2/3 c. brown sugar

Add spice bag when cider is hot. Yields about 16 cups.
