MILLIONAIRE'S PIE 
3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
21 Ritz crackers, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until whites hold soft peaks. Add sugar gradually, beating well. Add vanilla, fold in crushed crackers and nuts. Smooth on bottom and sides of well greased pie plate. Bake 30 minutes. Chill.

FILLING:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. whipped cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat cream cheese with sugar and spread over cooled crust. Chill. Whip cream and fold in pineapple and nuts; spread over pie. Chill.

The cream is one cup of whipped cream, which is about half of a carton of cream to whip.
