PINTO BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 c. pinto beans, cooked and drained
1 pkg. cornbread mix

In large skillet, brown beef, onions and peppers. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9x12x2 inch pan.

Mix 1 package cornbread mix according to directions and spread on top of ingredients already in pan. Bake at 425 degrees until brown. Serve with slaw, salad or potato chips.
