CHICKEN WITH OLIVES 
2 tbsp. oregano
4 lbs. cut up chicken pieces
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. pitted Italian green or black olives

Dust chicken with flour. Season well with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large frying pan. Add chicken and brown well on all sides. Add vinegar. Fry additional 30 minutes. Add oregano and stir well. Add olives. Let cool a little. Serve at room temperature.
