CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1 pkg. croutons
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-4 chicken breasts, cooked & boned (reserve chicken broth)

In large bowl, mix stuffing, croutons, celery and onion together. Mix flavor packet as directed on stuffing box; add 1/2 cup chicken broth and mix with crouton mixture. Spoon into baking pan. Put pieces of chicken (cut in bite-size pieces) over top. Mix the 2 soups together with 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Pour over stuffing and chicken. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
