ONION SQUASH BAKE 
3 lbs. yellow or green squash
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tall can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. onion, diced fine

Boil squash in salted water. Drain and mash. Add other ingredients and mix. Pour into shallow pan and bake 30 minutes at 425 degree or 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
