1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. milk
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 env. Dream Whip, prepared

Cream 1/2 of Dream Whip mixture to above. Pour in a baked pie shell; top with rest of Dream Whip and chill for 3-4 hours.
