STATIONARY CREAM CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
13 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Cream butter, oil, sugar and cream cheese. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each. Add buttermilk and soda. Fold in vanilla and egg whites. Add coconut and nuts. Leave enough for icing. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and cream until smooth. Then add nuts and coconut, add more sugar if you need it.
